Over the past 12 months, Block has achieved significant growth, and our Net Promoter Score has reached 84 overall – rising to 100 among our top 10 clients.

This year, we have delivered major projects that are transforming experiences: from the Queen Mary University of London Wi-Fi upgrade, which is allowing more than 1,000 devices to connect seamlessly in high-density lecture halls, to the Barts Health Unified Communications transformation, which has cut connection costs by 98% and saved 13.5 days of manual work through automation.

Innovation continues to be a cornerstone of our strategy. Our engineering teams have developed new tools like Autoport, reducing deployment times by 70%, and Axiom, which helps clients plan long-term roadmaps and maximise their technology investments.
