Plan

Occasionally time will have passed since initial conversations, so we begin this stage by revalidating everything we’ve learnt so far. From here, your Client Success Manager takes up the baton to initiate the change program, along with the plan to achieve it. This plan for success defines the key steps in the engagement, including timeframe, success metrics, controls and process maps – whilst reaffirming those desired outcomes and ensuring that your long-term future is built on solid foundations.

Build

It’s time to build the technology, whether in the Cloud or on-premises. Whichever you decide is right for you, our team will configure, modify and integrate all the tech required to reflect the detailed design and implementation plan, then thoroughly test to make sure everything is performing exactly as it should be.

At the same time we design the service, defining new standards and developing robust and agile processes to ensure you have complete control as your capabilities grow.

Deploy

With the service now live, we begin to migrate users and conduct acceptance testing. Agility is key here; we stay curious, open to new ways of doing things, and always proactive in solving problems as they arise. Naturally we provide full training and adoption support services, followed by a post-implementation review. When the architecture is live, we’re always on hand to monitor both infrastructure and service, and iron out any wrinkles.

We provide dashboards, data and user-friendly metrics, as well as insights, trend analysis and pointers for the future, enabling a data driven culture and allowing proactive management of both technology and people. Equally important are ‘softer’ measures such as sentiment analysis among end users, to ensure they’re comfortable sharing this journey with you. Your Client Success Manager remains on hand to bring this data to life, intelligently interpreting it so that the promise continues to be met.

Evolve

The fundamental trait defining evolutionary success is adaptability. Tracking how Executive, Technical and End User cohorts are adapting to your transformation is a constant feature of successful programmes, so we keep a careful eye on each by means of regular interaction with user groups.
