Knowing that it’s the little touches and personal service that often makes
all the difference.
Understanding that success always begins with exceptional
Applying inspired thinking to fuel continuous improvement
Achieving great things with good people, and having fun with the work that we do along the way
Debt or financing
Annual revenue growth rate

Our driving purpose is to help clients succeed. We do this by providing specialist expertise and experience that helps organisations find the most optimal route to achieving their business goals. Whilst our team loves to work on new projects, there are sometimes occasions where we have to politely say no to an engagement. This can happen when we believe the clients desired approach presents serious risk of failure, and despite our best efforts, cannot be improved. We work with honesty, openness and integrity and take our responsibility for our client’s success seriously.
There are certain things you can be sure we will never do:
Take on an engagement we cannot deliver
Over-promise to win a deal
Cut corners to meet an unworkable timescale
Recommend unsuitable technology models to meet a budget
Stay quiet if we believe mistakes are being made

Sustainability is a major concern in all that we do. We operate an internal environmental policy, and our solutions often include a stated aim to reduce the power consumption and overall footprint of the customer’s infrastructure.
We encourage staff to introduce charitable activities into their work-life balance, either through pro-bono work, fundraising activity or voluntary activities, and provide concrete support through additional leave or fundraising assistance.
Block currently supports the following charities:
Changing Faces 2015-16
Each year, every member of the Block Team is invited to nominate a charity of their choice for Block’s support for the year ahead. Nominations are then put to a company-wide vote. This years elected charity is Changing Faces.
Changing Faces is a charity for people and families who are living with conditions, marks or scars that affect their appearance by changing the lives of those affected, and the minds and attitudes of those around them.
