On Wednesday 24th – Thursday 25th April 2024 Block exhibited at the Digital Healthcare Show, where we spoke about our Future Ready Networks that have been instrumental in Barts Health NHS Trust HIMSS INFRAM 6 achievement.

On day 1 of the event Fay Stevenson, Deputy Director of Informatics at Barts Health, a client of ours for over 10 years, spoke about how the team at Barts Health has achieved HIMSS INFRAM Level 6, and what it means for staff, patients and the citizens they serve.  As well as how this achievement goes beyond technology, it’s a testament to exceptional human ability and expertise, creating and driving a system that ensures seamless operation of all the healthcare technology infrastructure.

Later that day, members of the Barts Health digital team; Ian Lyon, Network & Security Manager; Adel Majed, Infrastructure Manager; David Rimmer, Service Delivery and Andries Van Der Watt, Operations Manager spoke about how the infrastructure stabilisation projects at Barts Health have streamlined and simplified processes, whilst supporting integration and agile new ways of working, all resulting in a more reliable and secure infrastructure.
