Block achieves Cisco Advanced Customer Experience Specialisation

We’re pleased to announce Block has earned its Cisco Advanced Customer Experience Specialisation, a certification that verifies our high levels of support across the digital lifecycle.

The specialisation is the most advanced CX specialisation that Cisco partners can earn and reflects our commitment to being a trusted partner. Our aim is to always ensure clients can get optimum value from their technologies – and our goal is to empower digital teams every step of the way.

This latest specialisation was awarded following an audit conducted by Cisco, which investigated Block’s customer experience efforts across people, processes, and tools.

As part of this, Cisco also spoke to the people at the heart of our customer experience: our clients – who verified Block’s CX best practices.

Joachim Mason, Managing Director for Partner Sales at Cisco UK and Ireland, congratulated Block on successfully passing the audit.
